Your terms and conditions of Sale
These conditions of sale (hereinafter only "General Conditions") govern the sale of products marketed by www.iphone-ricambi.com.
All contracts for the purchase of products concluded, through the website www.iphone-ricambi.com and according to the procedures indicated therein, between the seller and the Customer,
will be governed by these General Conditions.
All published prices are inclusive of VAT.

ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
1. The replacement for malfunction or defect of the object such as LCD Touch Screen Display
Spare parts flat flex connectors in general, if damaged, the films must not be removed,
is only possible if the object is first tested and not assembled,
replacements of welded or glued parts will not be accepted.
Furthermore, the object must be returned complete with all the accessories applied, films, stickers.
spare parts being unpackaged parts where qualified experience is required for installation
and subject to wear have a limited warranty from a minimum of 3 months to a maximum of 6 months.
1.1 - The contract stipulated between In Saldo di Durello Giancarlo (henceforth only In-Sale) and the Customer must be considered concluded with the acceptance, even if only partial,
of the order by In-Sale. This acceptance is considered tacit, unless otherwise communicated in any way to the Customer.
The Customer, by electronically sending the confirmation of his purchase order,
pursuant to articles 1341 - 1342 of the Civil Code, declares to accept in its relations with www.iphone-ricambi.com the general conditions of sale,
declaring that I have read all the paragraphs transcribed below.
1.2 - If the Customer is a consumer (i.e. a natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity), once the online purchase procedure has been completed,
will print or save an electronic copy and in any case keep these general conditions of sale, in compliance with the provisions of articles 50 and subsequent of Legislative Decree 206/05.
1.3 - Any right of the Customer to compensation for damages or indemnity is excluded, as well as any contractual or extra-contractual liability for direct or indirect damages to persons and/or things, caused by the non-acceptance, even partial, of an order.
1.4 - The general conditions of sale can be updated or modified at any time by In-Saldo which will communicate them through the pages of the website.
The customer undertakes and obliges to provide for their printing and conservation.
1.5 -In-Saldo does not consider itself bound by different general conditions unless previously agreed and accepted in writing.
1.6 - In-Saldo is not responsible if damage is caused to the Customer or third parties, to the infrastructure of the Customer or third parties if the products are used for non-compliant purposes or purposes other than their intended use or the necessary maintenance is not followed requests.
It is emphasized that in the event that a product lacks conformity, reference is made to the paragraph relating to the guarantee of the latter, we decline all responsibility for damage to persons or objects due to such lack of conformity.
2. METHOD OF PURCHASE
2.1 - The Customer can only purchase the products present in the electronic catalog of the www.iphone-ricambi.com site at the time the order is forwarded, as described in the relative information sheets.
It is understood that the image accompanying the description of a product may not be perfectly representative of its characteristics but may differ in colour, size, accessory products present in the figure. All purchasing support information (Glossary, Purchasing Guide, etc...) is to be understood as simple generic information material, not referable to the real characteristics of a single product.
2.2 - The correct receipt of the order is confirmed by In-Saldo with a response via e-mail, sent to the e-mail address communicated by the Customer. This confirmation message will contain the Date and Time of execution of the order and an Order Number,
to be used in any further communication with In-Saldo. The message re-proposes all the data entered by the Customer who undertakes to verify its correctness and to promptly communicate any corrections, using the customer service.
2.3 - In case of non-acceptance of the order, In-Saldo guarantees timely communication to the Customer.
2.4 - It is expressly forbidden to enter third-party data. In-Saldo reserves the right to legally prosecute any violation and abuse, in the interest and for the protection of all consumers.
2.5 - Once the "online" purchase procedure has been completed, the Customer undertakes and undertakes to print and keep these general conditions, as well as the specifications of the product being purchased, and this in order to fully satisfy the condition referred to in Articles 52 and 53 of Legislative Decree 205/06; 2.6 - Minors are strictly prohibited from concluding an "on-line" order.
3. METHOD OF PAYMENT
3.1 - Credit card, Postepay: in cases of purchase of goods with Credit Card/Postepay payment methods, in order to guarantee maximum security of sensitive data, the transaction will take place via the Paypal platform.
In-Saldo reserves the right to ask the Customer for additional information
(e.g. landline telephone number) or sending copies of documents proving ownership of the Card used. In the absence of the required documentation, In-Saldo reserves the right not to accept the order. At no time during the In-Sale purchase procedure
is able to know the information relating to the buyer's credit card, transmitted via secure connection directly to the Paypal site which manages the transaction.
In-Saldo can keep such data only upon explicit request and consent of the customer:
in this case In-Saldo guarantees that such data are stored according to certified security standards and that they are always displayed in hidden mode.
3.2 - Cash on delivery: in case of purchase on delivery, a supplement will be applied to the total amount, clearly highlighted during the order confirmation phase. Payment, to be made directly to the courier, will take place upon delivery of the products. It is possible to pay in cash, or by cashier's check made out to our courier SDA.
For amounts greater than or equal to 1000 euros we require an advance payment of 10% of the total amount of the order (including shipping costs).
Cash on delivery orders that will be refused delivery in the absence of a valid reason or not delivered due to a false address, will result in the charge of shipping, storage and return costs and the blocking of the user, who will no longer be able to make purchases at our shop.
3.3 - Purchases via PayPal: in cases of purchase of goods with PayPal payment methods, together with the conclusion of the online transaction,
PayPal will immediately debit the amount relating to the purchase made.
3.4 - Ordinary postal money order: only ordinary postal money orders are accepted which you must send to the address indicated during the order phase. Quick Money Orders are not accepted.
3.5 - Bank transfer: as soon as the purchase is confirmed, we will inform you of the total and the details for making the transfer.
The surname, name and order number (available in the confirmation email) are important in the reason for payment.
You will find the details for the bank transfer in the order confirmation form.
4. METHODS AND COSTS OF DELIVERY
4.1 -In-Saldo can only accept orders for delivery in Italy, San Marino and the Vatican City. In any case, delivery to the localities of Livigno and Campione d'Italia is excluded.
4.2 - For each order placed on the website www.iphone-ricambi.com, In-Saldo issues an accompanying receipt for the material shipped, and the invoice/payment will also be sent by email in electronic format to the email address specified at the time of order.
For the issuance of the invoice, the information provided by the Customer at the time of the order is valid. It is possible to request the issue and/or correction of the invoice no later than 3 working days from the date of shipment.
4.3 - Delivery costs, if any, are charged to the Customer and are clearly stated when placing the order. Nothing is owed more by the customer than the total order.
4.4 - No responsibility can be attributed to In-Saldo in the event of a delay in the order or in the delivery of the order.
In-Saldo will do its best to process the orders sent within 2 working days and in any case
the purchased goods will be delivered within the terms set forth in art. 54 of Legislative Decree 205/06, within 30 days starting from the day following that on which the consumer sent the order to the professional.
No responsibility can be attributed to
In-Sale for delayed or non-delivery due to force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances.
In the event that an order is placed for an unavailable product, the orders will begin to be processed in chronological order from the pre-sale date
specified in the product listing.
4.5 - The delivery of the order is understood to be at street level except for:
- different communication from our customer service,
- what is foreseen in the technical data sheet of the product,
- the explicit purchase of delivery to the floor, where applicable.
Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is required to check:
- that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the accompanying invoice
- that the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet or otherwise altered, even in the sealing materials (adhesive tape or strapping).
Any damage to the packaging and/or the product or the mismatch in the number of packages or indications must be immediately notified, subject to WRITTEN CONTROL RESERVE (SPECIFYING THE REASON FOR THE RESERVE,
eg. "laundry packaging", "crushed packaging", etc.) on the courier's proof of delivery.
Any problems concerning the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported within 5 days of delivery, according to the methods set out in this document.
4.6 - In the event of failure to collect the material in storage at the courier's warehouses within 5 working days due to repeated inability to deliver to the address indicated by the Customer at the time of the order, the ordered items will be sent back to our warehouses.
5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
5.1 - Pursuant to articles 64 and subsequent of Legislative Decree 206/05, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to provide explanations and without any penalty.
5.2 - To exercise this right, the customer, within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the goods, must contact the In-Saldo customer service via the following email insaldo.com@gmail.com, specifying in the subject: "REQUEST WITHDRAWAL"
The Customer will be required to ship the product no later than 7 working days from the date of issue of the RMA code which will be sent by email. Inside which you will find the report and the directives to follow to pack and send the product.
The customer will bear the shipping costs for sending the product. In-Saldo will also proceed, within 30 days of the return of the goods, to credit the amount after having verified the integrity of the goods and withholding only the amount of the shipping costs. The re-credit will take place by bank transfer or paypal if the payment has been received in this way.
It will be the customer's responsibility to promptly provide the bank details on which to obtain the refund (IBAN and current account holder. The goods must be returned intact, complete with all its parts and in the original packaging (envelopes and boxes),
kept and possibly used according to normal diligence, without any signs of wear or dirt.
5.3 - The right of withdrawal is in any case subject to the following conditions:
- the law applies to the product purchased in its entirety; it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the product purchased (e.g.: accessories, attached software, etc...);
- the right does not apply: (i) to audiovisual products or sealed computer software (including those attached to hardware material), once opened; (ii) to products made to measure or clearly personalized.
- the purchased good must be intact and returned in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, cables, etc...); to limit damage to the original packaging,
we recommend placing it in a second box, on which to affix the label provided by In-Saldo,
showing the RMA number (Return Authorization Code); the affixing of labels or adhesive tapes directly on the original packaging of the product must be avoided in all cases;
- the shipment, until the certificate of receipt in our warehouse, is under the complete responsibility of the Customer, if the package is lost, In-Saldo cannot be held responsible in any way,
in this case the right of withdrawal will lapse and it will be the Customer's responsibility to make recourse to the courier to whom he has entrusted the shipment.
In-Saldo reserves the right not to collect parcels and to send them back to the sender if they are visibly compromised.
- upon arrival at the warehouse, the product will be examined to assess any damage or tampering not caused by transport. If the original package and/or packaging are damaged,
In-Sale will deduct from the refund due a percentage equal to 10% of the same,
as a contribution to the costs of restoration.
5.4 - The right of withdrawal is lost entirely, due to lack of the essential condition of integrity of the goods (packaging and/or its contents), in cases where In-Saldo ascertains: - the non-diligent use of the goods which has compromised its integrity, or the use of any consumables;
- the lack of the external packaging and/or the original internal packaging;
- the absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, cables, manuals, parts, ...);
- damage to the product for reasons other than its transport.
- lack of the RMA form inside the package and the authorization code affixed to the outside of the package.
In the event of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, the goods will remain at the In-Saldo headquarters, available to the Customer for collection at his expense.
6. WARRANTY
All products sold by In-Saldo are covered by the manufacturer's standard warranty and by the 24-month warranty for lack of conformity, pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/05. To use the warranty, the Customer must keep the invoice or payment.
6.1 - The 24-month warranty pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/05 applies to products that present a lack of conformity, provided that the product itself is used correctly, in compliance with its intended use and with the provisions of the attached technical documentation.
This guarantee is reserved for the private consumer (natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or makes the purchase without indicating a VAT number in the order form; in this case the guarantee is only 12 months ).
In the event of a lack of conformity, In-Saldo provides for the restoration of conformity of the product by means of repair/replacement or a reduction in the price, until the termination of the contract.
6.2 - In the event that, for any reason, it is unable to return a product under warranty to its customer (restored or replaced), In-Saldo will be able to proceed at its own discretion with the return
the amount paid taking into account the use of the asset (fifth by deducting the devaluation linked to use over time from the amount),
or to replace it with a product of equal or superior characteristics. By equal or superior characteristics we mean in the "global set", i.e. the totality of the characteristics of the object as a whole will have a higher commercial value than those of the old product,
this does not exclude that with the replacement some specifications may be lower if considered individually. If it is not possible to replace the product, a voucher will be issued to be used in our shop.
6.3 - The times for repairing or replacing the product range from 4 to 8 working weeks, except in cases where replacement is necessary and the product is not available in our warehouses, delivery times will be delayed. No damages can be claimed from
In-Sale for any delays in making repairs or replacements.
6.4 - In cases where the application of the guarantees provides for the return of the product, the goods must be returned by the Customer in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, cables, etc. ..);
to limit damage to the original packaging, we recommend placing it in a second box; the affixing of labels or adhesive tapes directly on the original packaging of the product should be avoided in all cases.
The Customer will be provided with an RMA code, and the instructions to follow directly in the relative authorization e-mail.
6.5 - The guarantee is totally void, due to lack of the essential condition of integrity of the goods (packaging and/or its contents), in cases where In-Saldo ascertains:
- the non-diligent use of the asset which has compromised its integrity, or the use of any consumable materials;
- damage to the product for reasons other than its transport (accidental damage, tampering, etc.).
In the event of forfeiture of the guarantee, a repair estimate will be sent by email in the meantime the goods will remain at the In-Saldo headquarters, available to the Customer for collection at your expense.
6.6 - Shipping to our warehouse is the responsibility of the customer who will have to send the product no later than 7 days from the issue of the RMA code.
In-Saldo will return the product at its own expense once its conformity has been restored.
If the product is not recognized under warranty for one of the cases mentioned above, the cost of shipping the product will be charged to the Customer.
6.7 - Accessories such as batteries, chargers, etc. have a six-month guarantee.
6.8 - In-Saldo assumes no responsibility in the event that any additional accessories are sent that are not part of the original package.
6.9 – In-Saldo reserves the right not to accept packages if one of the following conditions occurs:
- The package has not been sent within the time specified in point 6.6
- The package does not have the RMA label (sent by email upon opening the file) attached to the package
7. PRODUCT SHIPPED WRONG OR PARTIALLY MISSING
7.1 - In the event that the product received is not the one requested at the time of the order or the packaging shows that part of it is missing,
the Customer, within 7 working days from the date of receipt of the goods, must contact the In-Saldo customer service by writing an email to insaldo.com@gmail.com In-Saldo
will arrange for a collection via our trusted courier according to the times and days established by the Customer,
no later than 7 working days from the issue date of the RMA code which will be sent by email. Inside which you will find the report and the directives to follow to pack and send the product.
7.2 - The replacement of the product will be completely paid for by In-Saldo.
8. EXPRESS TERMINATION CLAUSE
8.1 - In-Saldo has the right to terminate the stipulated contract by simply notifying the consumer and/or customer with adequate and justified reasons (e.g. error in the price of a product, lack of availability, cancellation of a product from the catalogue);
in this case the customer will only be entitled to a refund of any amount already paid.
8.2 - The obligations assumed by the Customer in article 2, as well as the guarantee of the successful completion of the payment that the Customer makes with the means referred to in art. 3, are of an essential nature, so that by express agreement, the failure by the Customer of only one of these obligations will determine the legal termination of the contract pursuant to art. 1456 of the Civil Code, without the need for a judicial decision, without prejudice to the right of In-Saldo to take legal action for compensation.9. PRIVACY
9.1 - The personal data requested when placing the order are collected and processed in order to satisfy the express requests of the Customer. In-Saldo guarantees its customers compliance with the legislation on the processing of personal data,

9.2 - Applicable law The sales contract between the customer and In-Saldo is concluded in Italy and governed by Italian law.
For the solution of civil and criminal disputes deriving from the conclusion of this distance selling contract, if the Customer is a consumer,
the territorial jurisdiction is that of the reference forum of your municipality of residence; in all other cases, the territorial jurisdiction is exclusively that of the Court of Pavia.
